Honda genuine spare with the M6 hole to limit the rotate (previous was with a clearing hole). On the XL600R and the XR500R with a clearing hole it need to use the screw for sale here.

This part is considered a wearing part to be replaced each time the timing chain is replaced. The wear is characterized by very small facets on the axis which create jerks in the tension of the tensioner. Sometimes it tends correctly and sometimes not.
