Honda XR600R almost finish to be restored on january 2022.
We started from the frame, checking the welds, reworking where necessary, then painting with the famous Flash Red specific to HONDA XRs. On this bike the two rims too rusted inside have been replaced. The spokes of the wheels are new. 2 tires replaced. New chain kit. New air filter. Seat cover and tool bag are also new. Front mudguard replaced, reassembly of the original headlight, speedometer and front plate assembly which were missing. Complete maintenance of the fork with new gaskets, oil and gaitors. The engine was running well, but the right and left crankcase covers and also the rocker cover were removed for inspection. Camshaft set OK, engine cylinder head OK.
Exhaust pipe repaired at the on the cylinder head studs. You will notice the nice made in Italy muffler entirely stainless steel.

I'm from the US and some parts are harder to come by.I couldn't find spokes here in the us and you guys had shiny new ones for my restoration project.
