Sometimes the o-ring is missing which is enough to cause a rough idle.
The idle speed richness adjustment is quite simple and must be personalized for each motorbike. With the engine stopped, you completely tighten this screw without locking it and you unscrew it to the basic position recommended by Honda. Start the engine, once it warms up slightly increase the idle speed.
Screw in this adjustment screw until the engine drops in speed. Note the number of turn. Unscrew until the rpm drops again. The middle position is the one that give the best adjustment.
