The aftermarket shocks without external tank like YSS do not allow the same quality of suspension because they limit the travel. They are not suitable for enduro riding, they are trail/road shock absorbers. In enduro you may be surprised by a hole and this is where the specific enduro shock absorber can prevent you from falling.
